If it has been more than 8 weeks since your last appointment, or you are coming in with a new injury or concern, please book a 45-minute Reassessment. Otherwise, simply book the follow up appointment that best suits your needs.

Erica believes in meeting each client where they are at, taking into consideration the client’s own desires and needs. Through her unique blend of holistic and traditional treatment techniques, she curates treatment plans and home programs specific to each individual.
Erica’s own journey has been very insightful in embracing and appreciating that her own body is her biggest teacher. She understands that pain is a signal from your body that something is out of alignment (physical or otherwise) and that it’s time to address it.
She believes that educating and empowering the client are keys to sustainable success survives the test of time. Erica is passionate about helping her clients return to “life”, whether it be elite sport, recreational activities or kitchen dance parties.
